<p>The Nationality and Borders Bill is part of our New Plan for Immigration, delivering
the most comprehensive reform of the asylum system in decades.</p><p>We have undertaken
an Equality Impact Assessment as part of our work on the Nationality and Borders Bill,
which was published on 16 September 2021.</p><p>The assessment considers the potential
impacts on people because of their marriage / civil partnership. It also includes
consideration of the possible impacts on children.</p><p>The Equality Impact Assessment
