answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 29/06/2021 answer text <p>Allocated treatments in COVID-19 vaccine clinical trials are blinded, which means for scientific integrity the identity of their vaccinations cannot be revealed until the participant's involvement in the clinical trial concludes. Participating clinical trial sites have provided an interim letter to participants which certifies that they are in a clinical trial and should be recognised as vaccinated.</p><p>In July, we will add participants of COVID-19 vaccine clinical trials to COVID Pass, which can then be used to demonstrate their status in England at trial events and for any future potential domestic use. Those wishing to travel abroad should continue to seek guidance on COVID-19 status requirements for their destination country. NHS England and NHS Improvement publish data on the performance against the children and young people with an eating disorder (CYP ED) waiting times standard on a quarterly basis. Data for Quarter 4 2020/21 will represent the baseline for the Mental Health Recovery Action Plan deliverable in 2021/22.</p><p>Children and young people up to the age of 19 years old referred for assessment or treatment for an eating disorder should receive National Institute for Health and Care Excellence approved treatment with a designated healthcare professional within one week for urgent cases and four weeks for every other case.</p><p>A national access and waiting times standard for adult eating disorder services has not yet been defined. A four-week waiting standard for adult community mental health services, including eating disorder services, is being piloted and considered as part of the Clinical Review of Standards. Since 2013, the NIHR has supported five studies investigating the development of HIV vaccines through its research infrastructure. The NIHR has also funded a wide portfolio of awards investigating other methods of HIV prophylaxis, for a combined total investment of almost £11 million since 2010. As the nation's largest funder of health and care research, the NIHR welcomes funding applications for research into any aspect of human health, including on HIV vaccine development and HIV prevention more broadly.</p><p>The Department will be publishing a new Sexual and Reproductive Health Strategy and a HIV Action Plan in 2021. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 07/06/2021 answer text <p>We have been careful to consider the views of a wide range of experts in response to our public consultation on introducing mandatory out-of-home calorie labelling including representatives from eating disorder groups and we will continue with this engagement.</p><p> </p><p>In response to consultation feedback, we have decided to exempt schools from the requirement to display calorie information given concerns about exposing children to calorie information in school settings and eating disorders. We have also included within the Regulations a provision which permits businesses to provide a menu without calorie information at the express request of the customer. As a result, people who may find viewing calorie information more difficult may be able to avoid this information in certain situations when eating out.</p><p> </p><p>The final impact assessment for introducing mandatory calorie labelling in the out-of-home sector considered the potential effect on people living with eating disorders.
