It is the awarding of an ACO contract by local commissioners that would create an ACO. The regulations simply ensure that current rules continue to apply to any ACO contract. The National Health Service is now seeing over 1,800 more patients within four hours every single day compared to 2009/10.</p><p>The Government has given the NHS an additional £1.6 billion to support and improve performance. That is why we have put in place comprehensive measures to ensure we meet our commitment of an extra 5,000 GPs in the NHS by 2020. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 09/02/2018 answer text <p>This Government is committed to improving perinatal mental health services for women during pregnancy and in the first postnatal year, so that women are able to access the right care at the right time and close to home.</p><p> </p><p>The Department is investing £365 million from 2015/16 to 2020/21 in perinatal mental health services, and NHS England is leading a transformation programme to ensure that by 2020/21 at least 30,000 more women each year are able to access evidence-based specialist mental health care during the perinatal period. This will aim to improve patient outcomes and deliver a better patient experience across all tumour types, including haematological cancers. The report sets out the plan for improving the training of healthcare professionals, as well as recruitment and retention plans. Communication of the best information and advice on air pollution to protect vulnerable groups, including children, will be an important part of the implementation of the Government’s Clean Air Strategy.</p><p> </p><p>The Department, NHS England and PHE’s Health and Wellbeing Alliance are undertaking a feasibility study on behavioural insights, which aims to improve understanding of how people, particularly vulnerable populations, best receive communications during localised events of elevated air pollution. This includes children, parents and schools. Results are expected later this year.
