<p>The National Health Service in Scotland is devolved to the Scottish Parliament and all policy and spending decisions are made in Scotland. The devolved administrations receive funding through the Barnett formula. On 13 April the Chancellor announced almost £2 billion from the COVID-19 emergency response fund will go to the devolved administrations through the Barnett formula.</p>
