As independent businesses, it is the responsibility of individual GP practices to employ locum GPs to meet their needs.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>In employing locums, GP practices must meet the requirements set out in the GP contract regulations to ensure that they are appropriately qualified and registered.</p><p> </p> more like this
