</p><p><em>Notes:</em></p><p>1. The 2010-11 pay award for staff below SCS was based
on a combination of the individual’s performance assessment and their position in
pay range, varying from 3% to 4.5%. The SCS did not receive a pay award</p><p> </p><p>2.
In 2011-12 and 2012/13, there was no pay award due to the public sector pay freeze,
with the exception of staff paid less than £21,000 who received a £250 cash uplift</p><p>
