answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 09/02/2016 answer text <p>The Food Standards Agency (FSA) has issued advice that Miracle Mineral Solution (MMS) is not safe and should not be sold as a supplement. It has been working with local authorities across the country to share knowledge, investigate and disrupt the sale of MMS and other similar products.</p><p> </p><p>Further activity is being conducted with the support of the Medicine and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency and with the involvement of the FSA’s National Food Crime Unit. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 09/02/2016 answer text <p>The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) guideline [CG133] regarding the longer-term management of self-harm in over eight’s sets out that care plans – including risk management and crisis plans – should be multidisciplinary and developed collaboratively with the person who self-harms and, provided the person agrees, with their family, carers or significant others. Care plans should also be shared with an individual’s general practitioner.</p><p> </p><p>It is for National Health Service organisations to design services to meet the needs of their local populations.</p><p> </p><p>NICE has produced a Clinical Knowledge Summary on the management of poisoning or overdose which is available at:</p><p> </p><p><a href="http://cks.nice.org.uk/poisoning-or-overdose#!scenario" target="_blank">http://cks.nice.org.uk/poisoning-or-overdose#!scenario</a></p><p> </p><p>This states that the person, if self-harm is found to be a factor, should have a psychiatric assessment by a trained professional.</p><p> </p><p>The Government’s Suicide Prevention Strategy also has details of what should be done if an overdose is suspected to be intentional. The Strategy acknowledges that emergency departments and primary care have important roles in the care of people who self-harm, with a focus on good communication and follow-up.</p><p> </p><p>In January, the Prime Minister announced £247 million to be used to develop further the provision of liaison psychiatry services in Emergency Departments in England. The FM data set holds information under 13 categories, including cost breakdowns by property and basic building and utilities data. The Finance data set holds information under four categories, including a financial register of major assets above £5,000.</p><p> </p><p>The Company currently has an on-going project to create a central database of all information relating to the portfolio. The Commissioning organisation should ensure that providers they commission to provide services have suitable arrangements in place to involve patient and the public.</p><p> </p><p>In addition NHS foundation trusts have specific responsibilities to involve their members and local communities usually through the appointment of Governing Body members. Trusts have their own arrangements as to how they make arrangements to involve their patients, carers and communities. Details of the arrangements would usually be available on the trust website.</p><p><br> Health Education England (HEE) has responsibility for training new therapists and high intensity training. In 2015/16, the budget was £22.0 million to support 1,031 trainees. These trainees provide supervised practice alongside college attendance. In the Spending Review the Government re-affirmed the need for the NHS to deliver £22 billion in efficiency savings by 2020/21 as set out in the NHS’s own plan, the Five Year Forward View. Community pharmacy is a core part of NHS primary care and has an important contribution to make as the NHS rises to these challenges. The Government believes efficiencies can be made without compromising the quality of services or public access to them.
