	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 02/02/2016 answer text <p>Public Health England (PHE) and the National Travel Health Network and Centre (NaTHNaC) are raising awareness among travellers to ensure they present for medical attention if they develop symptoms, and among health professionals so that they can rapidly investigate and diagnose potential cases of Zika. Updated advice has been published on the PHE Zika virus page and the NaTHNaC website:</p><p> </p><p><a href="http://travelhealthpro.org.uk/" target="_blank">http://travelhealthpro.org.uk/</a></p><p> </p><p>PHE is providing tailored advice for relevant health professionals, including obstetricians and general practitioners (GPs). PHE is liaising with the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and the Association of British Travel Agents who have published updates on their respective websites. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 02/02/2016 answer text <p>NHS England continues to work closely with Public Health England (PHE) and Government Departments to ensure appropriate advice is provided to the National Health Service in England in line with the current risk assessment. PHE will provide guidance and information specifically targeted at primary care and this will be available shortly. PHE has also produced regular briefing notes for local health protection teams who have been asked to share this with local NHS.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>PHE has raised awareness about Zika virus among public health and clinical colleagues within PHE by circulating a briefing note to all staff. This will support clinicians to identify, investigate and manage cases that may present in clinical practice. The briefing note included information about the outbreak in the Americas and the unusual increase in microcephaly cases in Brazil. This is required by the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties.</p><p> </p><p>Where a particular obligation under a treaty has not been implemented in domestic legislation it does not directly form part of English law and the English courts do not have jurisdiction to apply it. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 10/02/2016 answer text <p>The Department assesses the impact of tobacco control measures on an ongoing basis as it develops policy and considers new measures.</p><p> </p><p>In September 2013, the Department published <em>An Audit of the impact of the Department of Health’s Regulations upon business</em>. A copy of the report is attached. The Audit report covered all regulations for which the Department has responsibility believed to have a potential cost to business, including those relating to tobacco control.</p><p> </p><p>Costs and benefits were estimated where possible using standard government methodology and the impacts to society were estimated based on economic costs and benefits. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 05/02/2016 answer text <p>The cross-Government National Suicide Prevention Strategy (2012) is monitored by the National Suicide Prevention Strategy Advisory Group, which meets regularly to monitor progress on the shared areas for action and objectives outlined in the National Strategy. The Department publishes an annual report of progress against the National Strategy, which highlights developments in suicide and self-harm prevention and emerging trends.</p><p> </p><p>The Department also commissions the Office for National Statistics to analyse and publish annual data on suicide rates.</p><p> </p><p>The Department works closely with colleagues in other Government departments and arm’s length bodies to take forward actions within the National Suicide Prevention Strategy.
