This includes offering evening and weekend appointments, as well as better use of technology, such as telehealth, to look after patients. The review aims to:</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>- secure the best outcomes for all patients;</p><p> </p><p>- tackle variation; and</p><p> </p><p>- improve patient experience.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>The review has developed a set of draft standards and service specifications which are currently out to public consultation. The consultation runs until 8 December. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 28/10/2014 answer text <p>Public Health England has not made an assessment of the impact of uptake of varicella vaccination on the risk of stroke in children and young adults.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>The Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation, which provides the Government with expert advice on immunisation matters, has not recommended a universal varicella (chickenpox) immunisation programme for children or young adults.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>Varicella immunisation is recommended to protect those people who are at most risk of serious illness.
