In 2016-17, we have introduced a £1.8 billion Sustainability and Transformation Fund to support providers to move to a financially sustainable footing. The General Medical Council (GMC) expects all doctors to take account of its guidance on remote prescribing and relevant clinical and other guidelines, regardless of how they prescribe.</p><p> </p><p>Doctors working independently or in private practice, including on-line prescribers, with a business based in England, are regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), if they provide a regulated activity and are within scope of the CQC registration. They are required to provide people with safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led care.</p><p> </p><p>Online pharmacies, like other registered pharmacies, are regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and are required to comply with the GPhC’s standards for registered pharmacies. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 14/07/2016 answer text <p>There are no plans to publish information in relation to the monitoring and governance that is in place to support the delivery of the vision set out in <em>Future in Mind. </em></p><p><em> </em></p><p><em>Future in Mind </em>describes an integrated whole system approach to driving improvements in children and young people’s mental health, with the National Health Service, public health, voluntary and community, local authority children’s services, education and youth justice sectors working together to deliver against that ambition.</p><p> </p><p>The care delivery mechanism in making this happen is the system-wide publicly available, Local Transformation Plans (LTPs), that should cover the full spectrum of need for children and young people who have existing or emerging mental health problems. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 13/07/2016 answer text <p>There is no national standard for waiting to see a general practitioner (GP) and data on waiting times is not collected centrally. To implement the Government’s commitment to transform GP access however, £175 million has been invested in the Prime Minister’s GP Access Fund to test improved and innovative access to GP services. Across the two waves of the Access Fund, there are 57 schemes covering over 2,500 practices and 18 million patients – a third of the population – have benefited from improved access and transformational change at local level. This includes more appointments being made available, especially at times more convenient for patients, such as weekday evenings and weekends. It also includes different approaches like telephone consultations and better use of the wider primary care workforce (such as Advanced Nurse Practitioners, pharmacists, the voluntary sector, physiotherapists and paramedics) to deliver improved access to patients. These approaches have helped release local GP capacity and more appropriately matched the needs of patients with the most appropriate professional to care for them.
