	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 12/06/2019 answer text <p>An increase in mumps activity was observed in England in the first quarter (Q1) of 2019 with 795 laboratory confirmed mumps infections. Cases were reported in all regions of England, predominantly in young adults aged 15 to 34 years (703/795, 88%). Almost half (352/795, 44%) of the cases in Q1 were in unvaccinated individuals. Whilst this is triple the total number of infections (247 cases) confirmed in England in Q1 of 2018, increases in mumps cases have been observed in previous years. While the mumps component of the Measles, Mumps and Rubella (MMR) vaccine is highly effective at protecting young children, immunity can wane over time. The age-standardised rate per 100,000 male population of newly diagnosed cases of prostate cancer rose from 149.5 in 2000 to 173.1 in 2017. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 20/06/2019 answer text <p>On 16 June 2014, a local pilot campaign launched in Devon, Cornwall and Somerset to raise awareness of the signs of skin cancer. It encouraged people to tell their doctor if they noticed any unusual or persistent changes to their skin. It ran until 27 July 2014 and included adverts in the press and on local radio, as well as some direct mail to the target group.</p><p> </p><p>Skin Cancer awareness month is an annual awareness campaign that takes place every May. The campaign aims to raise awareness of the dangers of unprotected sun exposure and educate the public about the ways to help prevent skin cancer.</p><p>The Sunbeds (Regulation) Act 2010 came into force in April 2011 in England and Wales to prohibit under-18s from using sunbeds.</p><p> </p><p>Public Health England (PHE) contributed to the revision of the World Health Organization publication “Artificial tanning devices - Public health interventions to manage sunbeds”, which was published in 2017. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 10/06/2019 answer text <p>The Government has a strong track record of reducing harm caused by tobacco, based on a comprehensive approach to tobacco control aimed at preventing young people from taking up smoking and encouraging existing smokers to quit, including bans on smoking in public places, and on promotion and advertising of tobacco products.</p><p>The latest available date shows that the proportion of 15-year olds who regularly smoke was 7% in 2016, down from 8% in 2014.
