	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 10/04/2019 answer text <p>‘The economic burden of ill health due to diet, physical inactivity, smoking, alcohol and obesity in the UK: an update to 2006-07 NHS costs’ estimated that overweight and obesity cost the National Health Service in the United Kingdom £5.1 billion per year. This figure was uplifted to £6.1 billion in 2014/15 to take account of inflation.</p><p> </p><p>The Foresight team published ‘Tackling Obesities: Future Choices in 2007’. This estimated the annual costs of overweight and obesity to society and the economy as £27 billion in 2015, based on obesity prevalence at the time. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 07/05/2019 answer text <p>‘Contained and controlled: The UK’s 20-year vision for antimicrobial resistance’ recognises the important role of vaccines in tackling antimicrobial resistance (AMR).</p><p>The United Kingdom supports the delivery and uptake of vaccines internationally through UK Aid programmes, including the Global AMR Innovation Fund, the UK Vaccine Network, Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance and the Global Vaccine Action Plan. Through these programmes UK Aid supports initiatives to ensure that all low and middle-income countries have introduced one or more new or underused vaccines by 2020.</p><p>In addition, our expert advisory committees are considering how vaccines can be better employed to support the control of AMR in the UK.</p><p>More generally, vaccinations are a key part of the prevention strategy in the NHS Long Term Plan. To help increase immunisation uptake, NHS England will undertake a fundamental review of general practitioner vaccinations and immunisation standards, funding and procurement. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 07/06/2019 answer text <p>With the expansion of 13,000 additional places for the pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) Impact Trial in February 2019, the total PrEP Impact Trial size is 26,000 places in England.</p><p>PrEP Trial recruitment monitoring is regularly reported to the programme oversight board, the trial steering committee, and the trial management group to continually assess the capacity to answer trial study objectives. The Board met on 20 March and received an update on trial site capacity and commissioner approvals of additional trial places.
