<p>No specific assessment has been made. However, the NHS Long Term Plan commits to
new and integrated models of primary and community mental health care which will support
adults and older adults with severe mental illnesses. This includes access to personalised
and trauma-informed care. In 2021/22, we invested £2.5 million to pilot new approaches
to support children who have experienced complex trauma.</p><p>We are investing an
additional £2.3 billion a year to enable a further two million people, including those
who have experienced trauma, to access National Health Service-funded mental health
support in England by 2023/24.</p>
