<p>A stable Middle East is in every nation's interests. The UK engages regularly, at all levels, with the countries of the Gulf and other partners, including Oman, Pakistan and a wide range of external experts; this includes on regional issues. We are willing to consider any efforts to promote dialogue.</p>
