According to the IAEA, Iran is failing to implement modified Code 3.1. As his statement noted: ‘the inclusion of Martti Artisaahri, Silvia Cartwright and Asma Jahangir completes a strong team with a clear mandate from the UN Human Rights Council’ to investigate alleged violations and abuses on both sides of Sri Lanka’s military conflict.
