The research and development amount is separately disclosed in Standard Operating Procedures Note 2.1. Outturn for the 2019-20 financial year will be available when the 2019-20 accounts are laid in July 2020. star this property answer text <p>We remain deeply concerned about the levels of violence against human rights protestors in Russia. Political and human rights activists are facing increasing constraints and the UK has publicly called on the Russian Government to comply with all its international commitments on human rights, including those in the Council of Europe and the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE).</p><p>The fundamental rights to freedom of expression, association and peaceful assembly are enshrined in the Russian constitution. Russia has also signed up to a number of international commitments in these areas in both the Council of Europe and the OSCE.</p> more like this
