	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 27/03/2018 answer text <p>​No. The issue of reparations was considered in detail immediately after World War II at the Paris Reparations Conference of 1945, with international agreement set down in the Final Act of the Conference, which came into force on 24 January 1946.
