answer text <p>The Department for Exiting the European Union has both a carers’ and a foster carers’ policy in place. The Department is committed to ensuring that carers receive the support they need. The Department has also taken a range of other steps including providing access to an Employee Assistance Programme, ensuring that staff have access to a childcare voucher scheme, and implementing a range of family friendly policies, including a policy on flexible working, to support staff.</p> more like this
