As the Prime Minister said on 18 December, we are not going to exclude Gibraltar from our negotiations for either the implementation period or the agreement for the future. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 08/01/2018 answer text <p>During negotiations on the UK’s withdrawal from the EU, we have agreed the continued recognition of qualifications, where recognition decisions were received or where recognition procedures were ongoing before the withdrawal date. Architecture qualifications fall into scope of this agreement.</p><p> </p><p>On 15 December the European Council formally confirmed that sufficient progress had been made to move onto the second phase of negotiations. The Government is examining all areas of the UK economy and seeking input from a wide range of businesses and industry bodies in order to inform our negotiations with the EU.</p><p> </p><p>Our overall analytical programme of work is comprehensive, thorough and is continuously updated. We have conducted a range of quantitative and qualitative analysis looking at the implications of EU Exit on the domestic economy.
