This ensures that we can draw on business insight to deliver a pragmatic and principled Brexit.</p><p>All ministerial and senior official engagements are listed in the quarterly transparency returns.</p><p>There has been no engagement between the Department and staff of Global Counsel.</p><p>The former Secretary of State, David Davis, met with a delegation from the European Roundtable of Industrialists on 22 January 2018 and again on the 30 May 2018, this time with the Prime Minister. These are available on https://www.gov.uk/government/collections/one-in-two-out-statement-of-new-regulation.</p><p> </p><p>For the 2015-17 Parliament, the Government will shortly publish its final report on the savings to business delivered during that Parliament.</p><p> </p><p>For the current Parliament, the Government is committed to maintaining a proportionate approach to regulation to enable business growth while maintaining public protections. All Departments are engaged in this process. <br><br>Once we leave the EU, we will make our own laws.
