We are exploring various options to achieve these aims.</p><p> </p><p>The Agriculture Bill will deliver a range of reforms and move away from the constraints and bureaucracy of the Common Agricultural Policy. This Bill will support a thriving and self-reliant farming sector and deliver on the manifesto commitment to provide stability for farmers as we leave the European Union. The Three-Crop Rule is the type of well-meaning but ineffective rule that we want to review in favour of better environmental outcomes.</p><p> </p><p>The Government plans to consult ahead of the introduction of the Agriculture Bill. This represents 78,102 payments and 911 that resulted in no payments being due. The Helpline deals directly with hon. Members’ offices on all aspects of RPA activity. Members’ correspondence to the agency is reviewed at a senior level.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>Farmers and landowners can also deal directly with the RPA through their main customer service helpline (03000 200 301). Among other things, this will involve deciding how many farmers and other land managers will take part. Decisions on specific numbers have not yet been made.
