The statutory Code of Practice on Litter and Refuse sets out the standards of cleanliness that they are expected to be able to achieve on different types of land. Ministers will correspond directly with the Member.</em></del></p><p><ins class="ministerial">Brand names can be used but this must be done in line with the Food Information for Consumers Regulation (EU) 1169/2011 which prohibits food labelling from misleading the consumer. The way that product brands influence consumers’ choices will vary between cases, depending on the circumstances. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 12/04/2017 answer text <p>The proliferation of pests in urban areas has not been reviewed by central Government, however there is a range of legislation in place to support local authorities in controlling urban pests.</p><p>Pest control is the responsibility of the owner or occupier of the property where the problem occurs. That is why we have committed more than £2 billion since 2011 to reduce transport emissions and the autumn statement provided a further £290 million to support greener transport.</p><p> </p><p>Air quality is improving, but the Government recognises that we need to go further and faster and we will be consulting on a new national plan by 24 April. This included OECD evidence that growth in agricultural productivity depends on three factors: (i) technological change (innovation); (ii) technical efficiency (the ability of farmers to access the best technologies); and (iii) economies of scale.</p><p>The Agri-Tech Strategy recognised that we had not been as successful in recent decades as some of our competitors in getting new agricultural technologies from research to the farm. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 04/01/2016 answer text <p>Badgers culled under licence in Somerset and Gloucestershire in 2013 - 2015 and Dorset this year were not routinely tested for tuberculosis (TB), since this research had already been carried out under the Randomised Badger Cull Trial (RBCT).</p><br /><p>However, testing of badgers between 1998 and 2005 via the RBCT and Road Traffic Accident surveys provided evidence of the typical prevalence of TB in badgers in areas of high incidence of TB in cattle.
