answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 21/11/2017 answer text <p>Under the Animal Welfare Act 2006, it is already against the law to keep primates in the same sort of environment you would keep a domesticated pet animal. In addition, the statutory Code of Practice for the Welfare of Privately Kept Non-human Primates provides keepers with advice on how to meet the welfare needs of their animals, as required under the 2006 Act.</p><p> </p><p>Defra is working closely with the Pet Advertising Advisory Group to apply minimum standards to online pet advertising on five of the main websites. This includes laws relating to chemicals. The UK is strongly committed to the effective and safe management of chemicals. The red squirrel population is fragmented, occurring only in isolated populations on the islands in Poole Harbour, on the Isle of Wight and across the north of England with Kielder Forest, in Northumberland, supporting around 60% of the total population.</p><p> </p><p>This estimate dates from 2014 and no more recent data is available. There is no data available for red and grey squirrel numbers in England for 2007. Water companies set out the basis for all their charges in charges schemes, published annually on their websites.</p><p> </p><p>The Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs does not intend to undertake another review of the guidance in relation to concessionary schemes for community groups for surface water drainage charges, following the review carried out last year.</p><p> </p><p>The guidance allows water companies the flexibility to introduce concessions that best suit their local circumstances. This has meant, for example, that United Utilities has been able to introduce the following changes for schools with playgrounds teaching key stages 1-5:</p><p> </p><ul><li><p>a bill credit of 15% on wholesale surface water and highway drainage charges for 2017/18; and</p></li><li><p>a 50% reduction to wholesale surface water and highway drainage charges from 2018/19 onwards.
