<p>On 28 January 2019, the Department for Education published allocations from the
additional £400 million announced at Budget 2018. Payments were made at the beginning
of February through the same routes as devolved formula capital (DFC). As with DFC,
individual allocations vary according to the number and phase of education of pupils
in a school. An average primary and secondary school have been allocated at least
£10,000 and £50,000 respectively. Individual allocations and an explanation of the
