<p>The department has established a Sustainability and Climate Change unit to co-ordinate and drive activity across the department and its sectors. The division will ensure everyone in the department has the awareness and knowledge needed to support the transition to net zero, using resources being developed within the new Government Curriculum, and through broader support provided by the department’s sustainability experts.</p>
