	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 13/04/2021 answer text <p>My Department plans to take a number of steps to encourage a range of tourism activities following the easing of restrictions.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>The Global Travel Taskforce last year committed the Government to publish a Tourism Recovery Plan in support of the sector. Organisations must comply with our legal system and regulatory frameworks. The GDPR and UK’s Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA18) impose strict obligations on organisations to ensure that UK citizens’ data is processed safely and securely. Organisations which fail to comply may be investigated by the Information Commissioner’s Office and where appropriate subject to enforcement action, including fines. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 27/01/2020 answer text <p>In July 2019 my department commenced a review of the statutory guidance which sets out the statutory duty placed on Local Authorities to provide local youth services. Since July 2019 officials have held roundtables with the youth sector, consultations with young people, and ran a public call for evidence, which closed in December 2019. DCMS officials are currently reviewing responses to inform the next stage of the review.</p><p>This government has announced it will be investing £500 million over five years through the Youth Investment Fund to increase the availability of youth services. The fund will be used to build new youth centres across the country, refurbish existing youth facilities, provide mobile facilities for harder to reach areas, and invest in the youth work profession and frontline services.
