The Council consulted on this from 29 November 2018 to 21 February 2019.</p><p> </p><p>DCMS officials are in regular contact with Essex County Council officers to discuss its libraries proposals and the importance of it meeting its statutory duty to provide a comprehensive and efficient library service. We have seen some worrying instances of discriminatory behaviour recently, most notably in football. Following the summit I chaired with football leaders on 25th February 2019, Government is working with key groups to deliver clear, tangible actions to tackle racism at all levels of football. The intention is to announce these interventions, in partnership with football, later in the year.</p><p>It is vital that the atmosphere and environment in which sport and physical activity takes place in our communities - be it grassroots or at the elite level - is safe, supportive and free of discrimination. The Huawei Cyber Security Evaluation Centre (HCSEC) was established in 2010 as part of a mitigation strategy.</p><p> </p><p>The need to ensure that the UK telecoms network is secure both now and for future mobile generations is the reason for the Telecoms Supply Chain Review. The terms of reference are available here. The Review includes consideration of the full UK market position, including the resilience and security standards of equipment for 5G.
