CDDO has agreed a framework to identify ‘red-rated’ systems, indicating high levels of risk surrounding certain assets within the IT estate. Where an individual is seeking information about themselves, known as a Subject Access Request (SAR), the MOD adheres to guidance issued by the Information Commissioner’s Office. This stipulates that a public authority must supply the information within one month, but can take up to 90 days for complex cases. A cost estimate will be substantiated once Class size requirements have been agreed and the programme enters its next phase, ready for manufacture.</p><p> </p><p>I can confirm that in financial year (FY) 2022-23, the cost of in-service support and maintenance programmes for submarines was £594 million. They also provide refresher training for personnel who have previously operated the aircraft type and are returning to the type following other tours of duty in the wider Service.</p><p> </p><p>The average costs of Operational Conversion Units are not held centrally and could be provided only at disproportionate cost.</p><p> </p><p>Between 2018 and 2023 there were five OCUs.
