This is an increase from 45% coverage in 2010.</p><p><br>Commercial broadband delivery is expected to cover 44,575 premises in the Torbay constituency. However, the issue was discussed at a number of Nominet Policy Stakeholder Committee meetings, of which the Department is a member of. This investment is focused on helping talented young shooters to be the best they can be and in getting more disabled people involved in the sport. Sport England has also invested over £615,000 in shooting projects and facilities. This includes nine clubs who have benefitted from Sport England’s Inspired Facilities fund.</p><p>Government recognises the value of shooting and its importance was referenced in the Sport and Recreation Alliance’s 2014 ‘Reconomics’ report <a href="http://www.sportandrecreation.org.uk/sites/sportandrecreation.org.uk/files/web/Reconomics%20-%20The%20Evidence.pdf" target="_blank">http://www.sportandrecreation.org.uk/sites/sportandrecreation.org.uk/files/web/Reconomics%20-%20The%20Evidence.pdf</a>. This report demonstrates that outdoor pursuits brings opportunities to both the local and national economy. Government is keen to ensure that everyone who wants to be involved in outdoor recreation has the opportunity to do so. Sport England recently commissioned Insight work to better understand the outdoor recreation market, the current supply and the potential demand. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 10/06/2015 answer text <p>Consumers can retain their telephone numbers when switching provider through an established process called number porting. Ofcom imposes obligations, through its General Conditions, on all landline and mobile providers to safeguard the interests of consumers wishing to port their numbers.</p><p> </p><p>When switching mobile provider, the consumer requests a porting authorisation code (PAC) from the existing provider and gives it to the new provider, allowing the mobile number to be transferred to the new network. Although the losing provider may charge the consumer, there are safeguards: a provider cannot refuse to issue a PAC unless specific circumstances apply (for example, if the consumer cannot adequately prove that he/she is the legitimate account holder). Ofcom requires PACs to be issued immediately over the phone or within two hours by text message. Consumers are entitled to compensation if a number is not ported within one working day from the new provider receiving the PAC. Ofcom can take action against companies that repeatedly breach these rules and has the power to fine providers up to 10% of annual turnover</p><p> </p><p>For consumers switching landline providers, the losing provider must allow an active telephone number to be transferred to a new provider, assuming the consumer is staying at the same address. Although gaining providers are not required by Ofcom to accept a request to transfer, it is plainly in their interests to do so and, in most cases, they do accept such requests; if it does accept the request, the gaining provider should make all transfer arrangements. Where consumers move address but remain within the same telephone exchange, providers may allow consumers to retain their telephone numbers but that process is not regulated by Ofcom. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 04/06/2015 answer text <p>Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 (as amended) (PECR) it is a legal requirement that companies do not make unsolicited marketing calls to numbers registered on the Telephone Preference Service (TPS). Individuals can register their telephone number with the TPS and there is no charge for doing so. The Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) enforces the PECR and has powers to issue monetary penalties of up to £500,000 against non-compliant firms.</p><p> </p><p>The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) is ICO’s sponsoring Department.
