The Public Procurement Review Service investigates concerns raised by suppliers about public procurement practice, including late payment. It has not carried out and has no plans to carry out an investigation into the promptness of payment by Kier.</p> more like this

answer text <p>From 1 September, in government procurements that are over £5m per annum and subject to the Public Contract Regulations 2015, suppliers will need to demonstrate good payment with their subcontractors.
