answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 18/02/2019 answer text <p>Operation Yellowhammer is the randomly selected programme name for some elements of the contingency planning being undertaken by departments to mitigate the potential impacts of leaving the EU without a deal.</p><p>The Civil Contingencies Secretariat is coordinating Operation Yellowhammer contingency planning across government. Officials are working with the Devolved Administrations, Overseas Territories, Crown Dependencies and Local Resilience Forums.
