star this property answer text <p>The Government is committed to ensuring that everyone in the UK has digital skills.</p><p>The Government Digital Service (GDS), part of Cabinet Office, is working closely with organisations including RNIB, Abilitynet and Remploy. Some of these organisations are Digital Inclusion Charter signatories and research is underway to identify digital inclusion interventions that help people with differing needs.</p><p>The new Alliance for Digital Accessibility, supported by the Department for Culture Media and Sport, will ensure that no one is excluded from access to government digital services or the internet more broadly. All departments are committed to supporting activity under the Digital Inclusion Strategy to reduce the number of people who lack basic digital skills by 25% by 2016.</p><p> </p> more like this

star this property answer text <p>The Major Projects Authority (MPA) has been applying MPA assurance processes to the Emergency Services Mobile Communications Programme (ESMCP) including a Project Assessment Review and Gateway Reviews. Further information on the ESMCP Programme is available at the link below:</p><p>https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/the-emergency-services-mobile-communications-programme</p><p>Delivery Confidence Assessment ratings are supplied according to the MPA's Transparency Policy which is on the Cabinet Office website. The policy allows for non-disclosure of information which should properly remain confidential, for example where it is market sensitive or necessary to safeguard national security.</p><p>This will be in line with the principles of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 which is available at: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/major-projects-transparency-policy-and-exemptions-guidance</p><p>The DCA for ESMCP was not revealed in MPA's first annual report last year in line with the above policy. The next annual report of the MPA is due to be published in May.</p><p> </p>

star this property answer text <p>The last study of the completeness and accuracy of the electoral register was published by the Electoral Commission in July 2014, and found that Parliamentary registers were 85.9% complete and 86.4% accurate. This was based on the last registers published under the old household system of registration in February/March 2014. The next study of this kind will be published by the Commission this summer and will be based on the registers published in December 2015. The completeness and accuracy studies provide a nationally representative picture, and do not allow for analysis at a local authority level, such as the London Borough of Redbridge.</p> more like this
