There are two types of award:</p><p> </p><ol start="1" type="1"><li>Annual performance awards, that reward staff based on their annual performance rating.</li><li>In-year awards that recognise strong performance in particularly demanding tasks or situations. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 10/11/2014 answer text <p>In 2012, the Department (including our UKTI organisation), purchased 13 iPhones at £360 each, through our framework contract with Vodafone.
