star this property answer text <p>Since 1 October 2013 the Government has named 30 employers under the revised scheme. Between them they owed workers a total of over £50,000 in arrears and have been charged financial penalties totalling over £24,000. We will be naming other employers that break National Minimum Wage law very soon.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>These employers were named in two separate press notices (<a href="https://www.gov.uk/government/news/government-names-employers-who-fail-to-pay-minimum-wage" target="_blank">https://www.gov.uk/government/news/government-names-employers-who-fail-to-pay-minimum-wage</a> and <a href="https://www.gov.uk/government/news/government-gets-tough-with-employers-failing-to-pay-minimum-wage" target="_blank">https://www.gov.uk/government/news/government-gets-tough-with-employers-failing-to-pay-minimum-wage</a>).
