The Government has not estimated the annual cost to consumers of unwanted subscriptions. The Government is committed to tackling the problem of subscription traps and has asked Citizens Advice to lead work on behalf of the Consumer Protection Partnership to recommend any actions needed to prevent consumers paying for unwanted subscriptions.
