	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 09/01/2018 answer text <p>The Government recognises that the loss of a close family member is deeply distressing.</p><p> </p><p>Acas has published guidance for employers on supporting bereaved colleagues and managing grief in the workplace, which was developed in partnership with Cruse Bereavement Care and others. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 27/11/2017 answer text <p>The Government’s Civil Judicial Cooperation Future Partnership Paper of August 2017 makes clear that an effective framework of civil judicial cooperation, which includes insolvency law, is an important part of the deep and special partnership we want to establish with the EU. It is in the interests of the UK and the EU that there continues to be an effective framework for resolving cross-border legal disputes after we leave.</p><p>This will provide confidence and certainty to families, business and individuals, ensuring they can continue to settle cross-border disputes efficiently and effectively in the future. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 16/10/2017 answer text <p>Protecting consumers from unsafe, faulty and counterfeit goods is a priority. I set up the Working Group on Product Recalls and Safety in October 2016 to bring together product safety experts, the fire service and trading standards professionals to identify necessary improvements to the system of product recalls and safety. The Group published its report in July setting out recommendations and outlining the actions the Working Group has been taking. This includes working with the British Standards Institution (BSI) to develop a code of practice on corrective action and recalls. The Government will respond in the autumn.</p><p>The Department funds National Trading Standards (NTS) who prioritise national and cross-local authority boundary consumer enforcement in England and Wales. A successful programme of operations to tackle the sale of counterfeit and unsafe goods being made available on social media is ongoing.
