We now expect Government support to bring forward around 13 GW by 2020. unstar this property answer text <p>In England and Wales, there is no minimum, and no maximum level of fine which would be due on conviction of reporting misleading, false or deceptive payment practices or performance under the Regulations. This reflects the changes to maximum fines which may be imposed on summary conviction in England and Wales under the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012. In Scotland and Northern Ireland, fines cannot exceed Level 5 of the Standard Scale. The Government has no plans to take or recommend other disciplinary action against firms or individual persons.</p> more like this

Current (2020) estimated peak annual energy requirements for Great Britain range from 900 to 1,100TWh, depending on the scenario. unstar this property answer text <p>As part of the Government’s response to the Waterson review, National Trading Standards have been tasked with investigating potential enforcement cases against sellers and secondary ticketing websites that do not comply with legislation from within their current and forthcoming annual budgets.</p><p> </p><p>The National Trading Standards Board have allocated £300,000 towards investigation work on ticketing for this current financial year.</p><p> </p><p>Local Authority Trading Standards also play an important role in tackling consumer detriment. Spending or resourcing decisions are for individual Local Authorities to make. We do not hold the requested data centrally.</p> more like this
