The Start Up Loans programme helps individuals access the necessary finance to start or grow a business in the UK. In addition to receiving a loan, applicants are offered free business support and access to a business mentor for 12 months after receiving funding, thereby enhancing their chances of success. Individuals can borrow between £500 and £25,000 and loan repayment periods are between one and five years.</p><p> </p><p>The Start Up Loans programme is managed by the Start Up Loans Company, a subsidiary of the British Business Bank. In the event of a “no deal” exit from the EU, and without specific action on the part of the Government, the Geo-Blocking Regulation would continue to exist on the UK statute book as “retained EU law”. Following these discussions we will publish, by autumn 2018, a final list of measures outlining our baseline assessment of the quality of work currently in the UK economy.”</p><p> </p><p>The Carnegie Trust’s report was published on 7 September. The employment rate is at a near-record high and the unemployment rate has not been lower since 1975. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 12/09/2018 answer text <p>Ministers from the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy have conversations with the Director of Labour Market Enforcement on all aspects of labour market enforcement including the Employment Agency Standards Inspectorate.</p><p> </p><p>In response to the Taylor Review of Modern Working Practices, the Government has already committed to extending the remit of the Employment Agency Standards Inspectorate.
