	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 04/12/2018 answer text <p>No Scottish Limited Partnerships (SLPs) have been fined since the People with Significant Control register came into force.</p><p> </p><p>I refer the hon. Member to the answer given to her on 2nd July 2018 to Question 157783. Compliance is Companies House’s primary aim, rather than prosecution. It is taking action to ensure that all SLPs report their PSC information. Companies House is actively engaged with SLPs and their representatives to make them aware of their responsibilities, and in addition, it has issued reminder letters to all SLPs who have failed to file PSC information. Failure to comply with the requirement to report PSC information does not incur a civil penalty but it is an offence and may lead to a fine or imprisonment upon prosecution. Companies House is not a prosecuting body and will refer cases to a relevant prosecutor when all other avenues have been exhausted and an SLP has not complied with their obligations.</p><p>In April the Government consulted on a package of reforms which would limit the misuse of limited partnerships, including in their Scottish form. I refer the Hon Member to the Department’s previous answer of 2 July 2018 to Question UIN <a href="https://www.parliament.uk/business/publications/written-questions-answers-statements/written-question/Commons/2018-06-26/157784/" target="_blank">157784</a>. All registered SLPs are eligible under the terms of the Scottish Partnerships (Register of People with Significant Control) Regulations 2017.</p><p> </p><p>The above regulations also require a Scottish qualifying partnership (SQP) to register with Companies House and deliver information concerning its People with Significant Control (PSC). An SQP is a general partnership constituted under the law of Scotland that is a qualifying partnership under the Partnership (Accounts) Regulations 2008. Analysis from the Low Pay Commission (published in March 2018) shows that around 2.1 million workers are on the National Living Wage (NLW) and National Minimum Wage (NMW) rates, in England, which equates to 8.9% of all workers. Over the last few years, as part of the Post Office’s programme to modernise their branch network, the Post Office have increased opening hours at almost 6,000 branches, offering in excess of 200,000 additional opening hours overall. Nearly 4,000 branches are now open on Sundays.</p><p> </p><p>When the Post Office franchises a branch to a new partner, they always ensure that the opening hours are at least equal to those in the existing branch. This agreement on hours is formalised in the Post Office’s contract with the partner. However, in the vast majority of cases, opening hours are extended on Saturday afternoons and often branches will open earlier on weekdays and on Sundays. These reforms will be implemented over a number of years, with reform of the Employment Tribunals scheduled for the latter part of the reform programme.</p><p> </p><p>We responded to the Taylor review of modern working practices in February 2018, committing to firm action and future legislation. We launched four consultations on the detail, including proposals that would improve clarity for recently recruited employees and a consultation on the enforcement of labour market rights. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 02/11/2018 answer text <p>The Government recognises the hard work of the Munitions workers and is extremely grateful for their input and sacrifices made during both world wars often working in harsh conditions, to ensure that our soldiers were well equipped during the war effort.</p><p> </p><p>There are no plans to introduce a medal for munitions workers who served during the world wars. A commemorative badge is available thanks to the support of the BAE Systems Heritage Department and the efforts of the Munitions Workers Association. This is similar to those badges given to those who worked in the mines during the second world war – the so-called Bevan Boys.
