answer text <p>BIS’s director with responsibility for trade and investment policy represented the UK at the Trade Policy Committee of 12 September 2014.</p><p>The Government supports the inclusion of an Investor-State Dispute Settlement clause in CETA, as part of a significantly wider trade deal which could deliver economic benefits to the UK of up to £1.3 billion. The Government believes the negotiated text strikes an appropriate balance, ensuring a level of protection that would support investment between EU and Canada while also preserving the right of EU Member State governments to regulate in the public interest.</p><p> </p> more like this

answer text <p>Prior to the introduction of the Insolvency Service's Complaints Gateway in June 2013 no central record was maintained of numbers of complaints made against individual firms.</p><p> </p><p>Since June 2013 there have been 794 complaints received via the Complaints Gateway, of which 70 related to recorded complaints about insolvency practitioners from Grant Thornton in respect to formal insolvency procedures.</p><p> </p> more like this

MAS delivers support to manufacturers, and is able to support land based enterprises such as farmers, which have formally diversified their agricultural business from their product manufacturing activities.</p> more like this
