answer text <p>Protection for leaseholders from the costs of remediation is available from a number of sources, including Government funding, warranties and building owners and developers. The remediation of over half of privately owned high-rise residential buildings with unsafe Aluminium Composite Material (ACM) cladding will be paid for by building owners and developers, or through warranty or insurance claims - without passing the cost to residents and leaseholders. Details of this can be found in Figure 6 of the Building Safety Programme: Monthly Data Release at: <a href="https://gbr01.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fassets.publishing.service.gov.uk%2Fgovernment%2Fuploads%2Fsystem%2Fuploads%2Fattachment_data%2Ffile%2F934661%2FBuilding_Safety_Data_Release_October_2020.pdf&amp;data=04%7C01%7CParliamentary%40communities.gov.uk%7Cc88211b05deb4da93dcd08d88bd3548d%7Cbf3468109c7d43dea87224a2ef3995a8%7C0%7C0%7C637413087050484808%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C1000&amp;sdata=tViW%2BsGvorNLOmn5qMlotrMOQo4GCo%2Bxl9ET1muSy%2BU%3D&amp;reserved=0" target="_blank">https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/934661/Building_Safety_Data_Release_October_2020.pdf</a> .
