answer text <p><del class="ministerial">The number of people convicted for offences under s41 of the Dentistry Act 1984 (“Unregistered person carrying on the business of dentistry”) over the last 3 years was 2; 1 in each of 2016 and 2017. It is not possible to identify whether these offences were specific to teeth whitening in centrally held data on court proceedings. </del><ins class="ministerial">We launched the mini-competition for the operation of the first new Resettlement Prison at Wellingborough on Friday 12 July 2019 and anticipate making the award to the successful operator in July 2020.</ins></p> more like this

answer text <p>The Contract Delivery Indicators (CDIs) will be finalised prior to launching the mini-competition for the new resettlement prison at Wellingborough. The CDIs will be based on the domains in the Prison Performance Tool which is the framework used to monitor and report on performance in all prisons. In addition to CDIs, there will be management information requirements to ensure a full picture of prison performance is provided.</p><p> </p><p>The Prison Performance Tool data is regularly published on the gov.uk website. answer text <p>Under the Prison Operator Services Framework Competition, bidders will be expected to comply with and deliver all of the requirements that are set out in the published Custodial Service Specifications, together with a bespoke set of requirements created for the first call-off competition for the new Resettlement Prison at Wellingborough.
