<p>We have implemented a recovery action plan, introduced a new leadership structure focusing on performance recovery and are exploring task force activity to help to reduce the backlogs as soon as possible. For the current delays in service provision, we apologise. We are keeping all stakeholders informed and dealing with priority work where necessary.</p>
