<p>The Ministry of Justice has published data up to December 2019. The number of convictions under section 42 of the Road Traffic Act 1988 for non-compliance with Regulation 97 of the Road Vehicles Regulations 1986 in (a) Sussex and (b) England since 2015 are provided in the accompanying table.</p>
