answer text <p>Discussion on the use of food banks involves various Government departments. I lead on Government’s engagement with civil society organisations. There has been an extremely impressive response by civil society and faith groups to support vulnerable people. Following the Rt. Hon Member for Ruislip, Northwood and Pinner’s meeting with a regional group of Church leaders to listen to and discuss the Church’s views on food banks, I will be meeting with three more such groups in the near future.</p><p> </p> more like this

The capability for IT professionals within government is the responsibility of departmental Technology Leaders and the HR community, with support and advice provided by GDS.</p><p> </p>

answer text <p>Ministerial replies to letters from hon. Members are hand delivered to Parliament so there is no delivery cost to the department. The stationery used is recycled paper supplied to the Cabinet Office by Banner Business Services on a closed loop arrangement, whereby our paper waste is fully recycled and returned to us to use as copy paper.
