Data to date indicates that 13 employers have contacted HSE.</p><p> </p><p>HSE reviewed and revised its website and other published guidance on managing new and expectant mothers’ health and safety in 2012. A further minor review was carried out in 2014. HSE also wrote to a number of Government departments and agencies, including devolved administrations, to request that their guidance on this topic be revised to ensure consistency. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 09/09/2015 answer text <p /> <p>Small employers, defined as those who have paid £45,000 or less in gross national insurance in the preceding tax year, can recover all of the Statutory Maternity, Adoption, Paternity and Shared Parental Pay they pay out plus an additional amount in compensation for the employer’s share of the National Insurance Contributions (NICs) due on the statutory payments.</p><p> </p><p>The current rate of compensation paid to small employers is 3%.
