answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 18/12/2017 answer text <p>We do not know how many non-UK EU nationals started employment in the Department for Work and Pensions, since 23 June 2016.</p><p> </p><p>Evidence of nationality is checked at the point of recruitment into the Civil Service, as part of wider pre-employment checks.
