<p>Our assessment is that the UK-EU Trade and Cooperation Agreement (TCA) ensures that the majority of haulage operations will continue as they did before the end of the transition period.  Under the agreement, UK operators are limited to 2 movements within the EU before returning to the UK.</p><p> </p>
