<p>Information on students awarded and paid Disabled Students' Allowance is published
annually by Student Loans Company (SLC) in the Statistical First Release ‘<em>Student
Support for Higher Education England</em>'. The latest statistics are available at

on the disability type for students in receipt of Disabled Students' Allowance is
only available at the point of application and so are not included in our routine
statistical outputs. The figures provided in the following table reflect the number
of applications and do not necessarily correspond to the number of students who were
