The ICRIR’s expenditure will be set out in annual accounts which will be laid in Parliament.</p><p> </p><p>£250 million has been allocated to the implementation of the Northern Ireland Troubles (Legacy and Reconciliation) Act and the non-legislative memorialisation measures announced alongside it. A range of issues were discussed, including the Northern Ireland Troubles (Legacy and Reconciliation) Act.
